At GemForHer, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through GemForHer are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we do not offer refunds except where required under applicable law.
2. Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:
• The customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• A continuous, clear, and unedited unboxing/opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
• The video must clearly show:
* The sealed package before opening.
* The shipping label.
* The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
* The condition of the product immediately after opening.
If the required unboxing video is not provided, GemForHer will not entertain any exchange request.
3. Exchange Request Timeline
Any exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery of the product, along with:
• Order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• The mandatory unboxing video.
Requests received after this period may not be considered.
4. Non-Eligible Items
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
• Products without the mandatory unboxing video.
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
• Products showing signs of use, alteration, or tampering.
• Requests made after the specified reporting period.
5. Approval of Exchange
After reviewing the submitted evidence, GemForHer reserves the right to approve or reject an exchange request. The decision of GemForHer shall be final based on the evidence provided.
6. Shipping for Approved Exchanges
If an exchange request is approved, GemForHer will provide further instructions regarding the return and replacement process. Customers must securely pack the product before shipping it back.
