WhatsApp Customer Support and AI
When you contact GemForHer through WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name, messages, photos, voice notes, order details, delivery address and any payment screenshots you send. We use this information to answer enquiries, recommend products, process orders and provide customer support.
Our service uses AI-assisted replies, with staff involvement when needed. Information relevant to your enquiry may be processed through Meta/WhatsApp, OpenAI, Google services and our systems hosted with Hostinger, including n8n and Chatwoot.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes or unnecessary financial information.
Privacy and Data Deletion Requests
