Are your products ready to ship?
Many of our products are available for immediate shipping. If an item is out of stock, it can usually be pre-booked and specially crafted for you. The estimated production time will be mentioned on the product page.
Do you offer customized bridal jewelry?
Yes. We offer customization for selected designs. If you have specific color, stone, or design requirements, please contact our team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Customized or pre-booked orders may require additional production time before shipping.
